Treatment massage—Treatment massage addresses a range of health challenges, including pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, sleep issues, injury recovery and posture problems.

Infant Massage Class-Classes and individual sessions are available at Both Hands Healing Arts studio or at location of your choosing. We recommended infant massage for all infant caregivers including moms, dads, nannies, post partum doulas, daycare givers, and medical infant caregivers….

Hot Stone Massage—A profoundly relaxing massage technique that uses hot stones to enhance the healing power of human touch.

Reiki—treatments and classes—This ancient Japanese massage treatment focuses on rebalancing energy flows with the use of very light strokes. I also teach Reiki, and information about my Reiki classes is available on this page.
